Sybil at check in was fantastic! Such a kind and welcoming representative! Rooms are paper thin, and being on the bottom floor I heard my upstairs neighbors herding cattle all night long!

The staff was fantastic. From check in with Holly, Nikki helped with our computer issues, Archie with our extended stay and the gal who fixed the breakfasts! All were wonderful and everyone else we came in contact with (employees) were all great. We ran away from Milton in the Tampa Bay and just happened to pick this hotel. What a prize it was. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Staff was very nice! Construction on main road made it difficult to find and to maneuver if you wanted to leave the hotel to go out to eat or get gas. Bathroom could use an update, but overall, a pleasant stay.

Always stay here when visiting family, I did try different hotels in area a couple times but was disappointed. The only thing that would make it better is having shower gel vice the bar soap.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room key card was a bit problematic and a staff member noticed me having difficulty and immediately called someone to correct the issue. On the negative, they could use an update to the door key card reader. It was temperamental each time I used it.

Pretty good for the price
Nikki was very friendly when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with lost of selections - eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, cereal and more. The room and linens were all clean, but the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable. Neither had any support to them; my husband and I did not sleep well as a result. The keys to the doors did not work well and we ended up having them switched out, but the second set was not much better. They keep a little coffee bar stocked 24/7 with coffee as well as tea bags and hot chocolate packets. This is especially nice when checking in late like we did! Pretty good overall, but the beds and pillows need updating.
