"After a disappointing start where the “ luxury” room didn’t look like the photos and seemed exactly the same as the deluxe “ room, I was happy with the spacious room, quality bedding and linens. The breakfast surpassed expectations with lots of choice and unlimited coffee. The best part is the fantastic front desk staff who were pleasant and full of advise for touring the area…like tips for parking in Siena! It is a bit noisy by the hiway, but the free parking and beautiful Tuscan views made it worthwhile"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! The recommended chef who cooked for us at the villa, Giancarlo from the Tuscan Chef, was incredible! What a fantastic recommendation! We also loved the food in town at Cantina 97. It was awesome! We hope that we can come back to this special villa again someday!"

"Our stay was outstanding. We got to stay in an 8th century abbey! We had so much space and a full kitchen. Beautiful property. Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive, responsive, excellent breakfast prepared by the family, good wine made on-site, option for traditional dinner (we didn’t have it but it was nice to have the option), just wonderful overall! Laura and her daughters and husband do an amazing job. "

"Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. The color and intensity of the photos pictured online are a bit more vivid of the property and inside the home than in person, but we were still very happy with our stay. It is centrally located to many Tuscan villages. There is a great Gala grocery store in Sinalunga that has everything you need including a deli and bakery. There are endless castles, fortresses, grape fields, olive trees and cypress trees. "
