The venue is in a beautiful historic building. The facilities are great including a pool with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The rooms had massive comfy beds and were cleaned daily with plenty of towels and extra tea, coffee and biscuits. My only quibble is that the rooms didn’t have internet tvs.

Nice authentic hotel with an old part with a lot of charm, new part less…lots of rooms, Clean room, parking can be busy with outsider coming, nice bar Restaurant Brasserie was under our expectation, 3 times the ribeye needed to be cook properly! Afternoon tea served, nothing fancy, just classic Breakfast is good, not many choices but the food is good

I love this hotel. I go to Crewe often for work and I always chose to stay here. It’s a lovely building, the pool and spa are is nice, the food is lovely, the wine list is great and the staff are lovely.

Beautiful hotel and setting, food is a little on the pricy side. I recommend you book breakfast £12.00 or you pay £17.50 in the morning which I felt was a bit steep not good practice.
