Excellent Five Days at the Hotel
Really amazing stay, made exceptional by the friendly staff. We looked forward to meals because the staff were so nice! Also we had a problem with our rental car at the end not starting, and Anita and Vivian went out of their way to be incredibly helpful. A really beautiful few days at a lovely hotel. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's a beautiful property with super view, good staff, and good amenities. The beach was being worked on, so we didn't really get to appreciate it, but the water was clear and it should be great when the beach is refurbished. We would highly recommend staying here. Only con is the location because it seemed a little isolated.

Lovely heaven resort
Despite difficulties with currency payment issues we had prior to the arrival, we had a wonderful holiday at this lovely beautiful charming resort! Thanks to the amazing staff team who were at all time, very friendly, attentive, welcoming and thoughtful. The room very spacious, spotless and comfortable with magnificent ocean and breathtaking pool views. Breakfast excellent with great selection of cold and warm serves served in beautiful settings. Garden and swimming pools very beautiful and well-maintained. Location great and the beach very beautiful. We would definitely return to this lovely resort again and we can truly recommend this hotel to anyone. But prepare to pay a little extra currency exchange charges as the hotel deems its own a little pricey currency rate.

Initial room offered was different to picture on Wotif, if you want a ocean balcony you need to get the larger and more expensive room. Fantastic staff and willing to assist with any request.

Had a wonderful stay here. Excellent hotel, friendly staff, nice pool. Caution: "Double Room, Sea Facing" does not guarantee a Balcony. Even though one is pictured. We had looked forward to sitting on the balcony but we were given a room without one.

Elegant hotel, friendly stuff....noticed most of the guest speak German.....there is part of the beach reserved for hotel guess with nice chairs....beach towels and beach bags are provided (beach bag to keep)...

My husband and I spend our anniversary in the kavarner Palace and we really felt like royalty . Marie at the front desk was incredible , Leo at the restaurant was super helpful . Friendly staff Love everything in the hotel. Great to stay with kids or with out . To me 5 star hotel . can't wait to go back , we live in TX

When we arrived at Falkensteiner the hotel the staff greeted us with a warm welcome. The hotel is extremely English friendly if a potential traveler is questioning the langauge barrier.The hotel is located in a very central location to the city highlights and with the beach. There is parking on the hotel property which is safe and secured. The food which is included with the all inclusive or half board (only two meals a day) was delicious! My husband and I looked forward to Croatian cuisine, however the hotel accomadated to a more Contiential palate. If we could go back to Croatia we would stay again at Falkensteiner.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Kvarner Palace. Ein fantastisches Hotel! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war unglaublich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns herrlich erholt. Bei der Sauberkeit werden keine Abstriche gemacht! Sogar die Abfluss-Stöpsel in der Badewanne werden blitzblank gereinigt. Wir beobachteten eine Mitarbeiterin, die sogar die Kieselsteine in den Pflanzbehältnissen im Treppenhaus Stück für Stück mit einer Bürste putzte. Besonders angenehm sind auch die langen Essenzeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen und das qualitativ hochwertige und sehr reichhaltige Buffet wird bis zuletzt noch aufgefüllt, falls etwas zur Neige geht. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Preise für Getränke sind im Rahmen. Etwas nachteilig sind die harten Matratzen in den Zimmern und der für ein Hotel dieser Größe doch etwas beschauliche Pool. Aber dafür ist man in zwei Minuten unten am Strand, der leider - trotz Liegen für Hotelgäste - öffentlich ist. Badetücher werden täglich gewechselt! In direkter Umgebung ist leider nicht allzu viel geboten. Ausflugsziele sind Opatija und Reijka (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrdauer). Opatija hoffnungslos überteuert und Reijka auch nicht so der Hit. Die Insel Krk ist auch mit dem Auto (über die Brücke) oder per Boot zu erreichen. Sehenswert und per organisierter Tagestour sind die Plitwicer Seen (wo der Schatz im Silbersee gedreht wurde). Großartig, aber oft sehr überlaufen und 2:20 Std. Fahrtdauer mit dem Bus entfernt.
