Our house has a wonderful direct view of the sea. The sea is about 400 meters away. There are beautiful beaches. There is a pool in the garden. In the garden is a terrace with table and chairs and a fireplace where you can prepare your meals and enjoy your evenings. Only 2 km from the house is beautiful city Crikvenica, known for its tourist tradition. Many local restaurants are there. In the city you can buy various interesting things.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in the Villa Marija! The countless seating areas and the pool meant that you could only relax. Everything was clean and the house had everything you needed. The contact with the owner was smooth Waking up with such an amazing view was a nice extra!

Wir waren eine große Gruppe von 8 jungen Leuten. Die Unterkunft ist auf 2 getrennte Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Sehr sauber aber etwas in die Jahre kommen.

Schönes Haus und Aussicht
Haus und Pool waren gut. Aussicht von dem Balkon war Traumhaft. Leider war es doch zu anstrengend zu Fuß an den Strand über die Treppen zu laufen, man musste immer das Auto nehmen. Wurden herzlich begrüßt und empfangen. nette Gastgeber.

Alles perfekt bis auf die Lage
Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich, die Wege sind zu Fuß mit Kindern zu weit und zu steil. Aber wir fanden eine sehr schöne Bucht in der Nähe. Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, wie beschrieben.

Prima Urlaub! die Lage der Unterkunft war wie erwartet, bis zum Strand waren es 15 min über die Treppenstufen, Top sind der Pool und der vorhandene Grill, viel Platz für die ganze Familie.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Kroatien der Vermieter ist unglaublich nett . Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen in der Nähe schöne Restaurants und Supermarkt und kleiner Markt alles wunderbar zu erreiche . Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet Klima alles funktioniert super vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub immer gerne wieder . Leider ist er Urlaub schon vorbei . Eine Sache noch der Pool ist wunderbar einfach mega für groß und klein ein Riesen Spaß ☀️👍🇭🇷☀️🇭🇷

Bra boende och trevligt bemötande
Vi bodde i 11 nätter och är väldigt nöjda med standarden i huset som var rent och fräscht samt hade bra AC. Fin pool med en utomhusdusch och fin grillplats för trevliga eftermiddagar/kvällar. Fantastisk utsikt över havet med bergen och ön Krk i bakgrunden. Enda nackdelen var att det är en bit att gå till vattnet med en väldigt tung backe hem, ca 1-1,5 km uppför. Annars mycket trevlig vistelse och väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam ägare, Goran. Vi återkommer gärna i framtiden. //Alexander

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer.
Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus sauber und für 10 Personen geeignet. Super Ausblick auf das Meer von den Schlafräumen und Pool. Pool sauber und zum Abkühlen und schwimmen geeignet. Haben für die 2 kleinen Bäder im Erdgeschoss und dem weiten weg ans Meer einen Punkt abgezogen. Gleich in der Nähe ca. 250 m ein kleiner Supermarkt für Semmel und Brot morgens. Lidl, Spar und Konzum 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, sehr netter Vermieter.
Für uns hat es optimal gepasst - 2 Paare und 2 Einzelpersonen. Wir hatten zu sechst ausreichend Platz und genügend Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool groß genug. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter Goran spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat für uns im Kühlschrank Getränke vorbereitet sowie ein Sträußchen frischen Rosmarin, den wir gerne an unseren Grillabenden verwendet haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal. Man hat zwar wunderschönen Meerblick, aber der Weg vom Strand zurück kann durch die Hanglage etwas schweißtreibend werden. Crikvenica mit vielen Bars und Restaurants ist knapp 3 km entfernt. Man kann den Abendspaziergang mit einer Fahrt mit der Bimmelbahn um 20 Kuna verkürzen. Auch das Taxi retour war sehr leistbar. Insgesamt also sehr empfehlenswert.
