The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only quibble is that there is no small refrigerator in the rooms, nor any coffee-maker. Also a ''do not disturb'' sign one can hang on the door handle would be nice, I had a near ''oopss'' moment coming out of the shower.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy walk to old town and the Christmas markets. Hotel is clean and quiet. Nice parking. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend staying here if you want to visit old town Zagreb.
