New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area. Close to the Ark, Creation Museum, Aquarium and Florence Freedom. In Cincinnati the Reds, Bengals, FC Cincinnati, Zoo, Museum Center and even Kings Island. The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

Great Lake House
My family fully enjoyed everything this lake house has to offer. Highlights for us included the kayaks, the griddle on the back deck, the cornhole boards, the firepit, the dock, the golden tee arcade in the basement, and the super clean and updated interior. Our stay was wonderful. It was so nice to return to the cabin after a day of sightseeing to rest and relax. We loved the kayaks, bean bags, fire pit, etc. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to make our evening meals. It was also in a great location! Great family getaway.
Warm, cozy home with good views, all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and multiple entertainment items (separate hang out area with games,tv for kids), fire pit, corn hole, lakeside dock with fishing equipment provided. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Location was perfect for a visit to the Ark, Creation Museum, and Hockey game. We loved our stay.

Lake House
We had a wonderful experience. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to relax. The host provided fishing gear and kayaks which was a nice addition. It was super nice to kayak on the lake which was right next to the house. All amenities were there plus some. Dee who was our host was on top of communication and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

This is the perfecr getaway. Right on the lake with plenty of outdoor activities . Between the kayaks, fishing, corn hole & huge deck overlooking the lake its a wonderful way to spend the day outdoors. The lake house is cute & modern & stocked with everything you could need. It was clean & welcoming. I absolutely recommend!!!
