Unkomplizierte Kommunikation im Vorfeld, ein Haus das in natura noch schöner ist als auf den Bildern, fußläufig Bäcker/ Restaurant/Bar erreichbar. Perfekt! Die Eigentümer waren immer erreichbar und haben uns sogar noch kurzfristig ein SUP zur Verfügung gestellt, vielen Dank dafür nochmal! "

"Wir waren die ersten Gäste von Gulijano, dem Gastgeber. Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet, supersauber und aufmerksam hergerichtet. Moderne Ausstattung und sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse. Auch Regentage waren somit kein Problem. Richtig schöner großer Garten, unser Hund hat sich sehr gefreut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren 3-5 km entfernt. Die nächste Restaurants etwas weiter. "Es war ein wunderschönes Haus mit perfekter Lage. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und es lief alles problemlos. Das Haus war sauber und für unsere beiden 3 und 4 jährigen Kinder war genügend Platz zum toben. Auch gab es genügend Auszeitecken zum ausleihen. Das Meer war lediglich ein kurzer Fußweg entfernt. Rundum war es ein super schöner Urlaub! "

"We weren't told that some stranger would be using the room right by the pool. This villa was supposed to be for our exclusive use, and not knowing whether there was a stranger in the room or not was unacceptable and not mentioned in the details we were given. The owner just said he was a friend that they were helping out! Which wasn't very helpful..Half the showers were broken, a couple had no hot water (owner just said, "this is Europe") and the property was in need of an overhaul. Crockery all...

Villa Adria is separated from the beach with a walkway that is full of restaurants and the main tourist drag during evenings. A grocery store is in the building and a pharmacy a block away. The main disadvantage is that the beach gets crowded in the summer. It’s a nice place for family vacation if you don’t like resorts, but prefer an apartment in a Mediterranean village."
