Absloute gem!! Perfect place, apartment super nice and everything you need. Clean and functional

The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Portobello Market and conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to reach the city center. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the great experience!

It's a stone's throw from Paddington Station (with underground and bus service to central London and non-stop service to Heathrow) in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and the bathroom was particularly big with copious hot water. I'd avoid the continental breakfast: there's Cafe Panache on the way to Paddington.

Very small apartment, good for 2 but needs some work on the bathroom. close to transport, particularly st pancras station.

My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc). The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. If you cannot find something, the front desk has it and is eager to help. The location is easily accessible by public transportation and, of course, is across from Kensington garden, a wonderful green space to walk around.
