Car park was full, even early, but council parking literally across the road was cheaper anyway (albeit less secure). Location is a bit of a walk into town, but we just got a cab anyway. "Great two bedroom cottage quality fittings, well equipped, and in a fantastic location close to all of the pubs, restaurants, and shops. We used it as a base to do two long walks and then in the evening just walk out and back to the entertainment on offer. "

The owner is close by and available If needed, but we did not have any problems. The area is outstanding for walks and very quiet. Would recommend the Queens Head pub/restaurant only 10 mins walk from the apartment, Harrogate and York are close. We enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to stay again."

"The service was good just couldn't understand why there isn't a shower door when having a shower in the master room apart from that it could be done with a fan or AC .apart from that the service was early good."

"Our second stay and we love that all of the rooms have a different character and decor. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We had a corner room with views down the valley as well as overlooking a brook and wooded area. Just one reminder - take your own hot drinks supplies."

"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."

Warm welcome to Leeds

"Fantastic friendly staff. Loads of car parking close to reception entrance. Our room was cosy, clean and warm with a bath. Location is handy close to the ring road round Leeds. Some traffic noise during the evening and in the morning but we were located on the side of the other side of the hotel from the road so didn't really disturb us. Breakfast was very tasty with good choice of food. Not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel, but good size bar on site, and restaurant open for lunches and dinner (very good value for money menus). "
