Cross Mountain Holidays

The location is great, and the room was nice with streaming options available on the TV. I ended up leaving around midnight because the road noise from the highway was way too loud and kept me from sleeping. I also got bit by something while in the bed.

Nice location. Valet only goes for a certain time. They lost our car.

I know this property was recently renovated, so not sure what it looked like before; but it was definitely very nice! Loved the pools, games in the courtyard, and the fact that they had things available to make things fun for our kids. The outside bar wasn't open during our stay, so can't speak on that. The restaurant was decent, they could work on a few things...but they have a little bit of everything and the ingredients were fresh. It also made for a nice option if you didn't want to fight traffic and construction around the area. Our room was great and layout was really nice. The wet bar was a great addition, and I liked the separate lounging area from the bedroom. Another plus was the bathroom. The separate tub and shower was awesome!! Sea World is 5 minutes away, which was a big selling point considering we were in town for that reason. There are also a lot of options nearby for dining, coffee, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment options.

The property is beautiful in the lobby but once you get on the elevator it looks like a completely different hotel, similar to a motel 6. The room was subpar the bathroom was extremely small and there was orange residue all along the trim of the walls. The carpet definitely had an odor of mildew, unfortunately I will not be booking this place again. The amount of aesthetic they put into making the lobby look nice is the same amount they need to put into renovating the rooms themselves.
