Delightful bright apartment located in Crotone placed in a strategic position because it is 250 meters away from the sea (2 minutes walk from the seafront) where all the bathing establishments are located. The apartment is on the fourth floor in a condominium with elevator. This is a three-room apartment of 80 square meters consisting of 2 bedrooms, large living room in a single room with kitchen and 1 bathroom.
Just renovated with parquet, TV, washing machine and air conditioners installed in each room.

Mitten im italienischen Leben
Sehr schön nah zum Castell und zur Altstadt. Der abendliche Spaziergang am Lungomare ist problemlos möglich. Ansonsten leben in einem typischen Wohnblock mit allen Vor- ubd Nachteilen.
