House located on the west coast of the peninsula of Crozon with a superb view on the Dinan cove which extends on the horizon towards the magnificent Pois de Pois near Camaret sur mer and the tip of dinan on the side of crozon, it has direct access to the beach goulien by a path (600 m) without crossing any car.

Goulien beach is suitable for swimming in calm weather and will delight surfers when the swell is ...

Keron is a small hamlet of a few houses away from major roads

The hiking trails (GR34) are numerous and easily accessible from the house.

Exceptional location with a large garden of 2200 m² ensuring calm and breathtaking views of the Dinan cove and Goulien beach.

You will enjoy a breathtaking sunset on the tip of pen hir and its heaps of peas.

Glorious setting
The house is tight for six people; the dining table only sits four. The house would be better reconfigured to have two bedrooms, a bigger sitting/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. One of the two couches was very uncomfortable. The single toilet is in between the kitchen and the sitting/dining room with *no* sound insulation. There was a significant leak from the shower into the sitting room which from the marks on ceiling and walls was not new. There was a strong smell of mold under the kitchen sink. On our arrival we found a wet mop and cleaning rags in a bucket—these were moldy by our departure—and I imagine these were going to be reused to clean after we left. There was only one oven mitt and no rubber spatula. Having said all this, the house is lovely and the setting glorious—a little bit of attention and a few repairs/replacements would make a great deal of difference.

Tout était au rendez-vous : la vue imprenable sur la pointe de Penhir, un spectacle de chaque instant, la maison au calme, agréable et confortable et l accès jusqu'à la plage par les sentiers. Le rêve entre le ciel, la lande et l'océan.

Séjour agréables mais quelques points négatifs
Nous étions 4 adultes. La vue est magnifique depuis la maison et son jardin et ça a été un plaisir d'y séjourner. La plage et le sentier littoral sont à quelques minutes à pied, Crozon à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Points négatifs cependant : - le ménage ne semble pas avoir été fait dans sa globalité (nous avons été obligés de laver toutes les assiettes, couverts, plats, etc. avant utilisation), nombreux cafards dans la cuisine, toiles d'araignées dans plusieurs pièces,... - la chambre du Rez-de-Chaussée est très humide (odeur désagréable) - l'annonce indique 2 salles de bains, il faudrait rectifier par 2 salles d'eau - l'annonce indique pas de TV ni d'internet mais plus bas internet en équipements, à rectifier également

Hammer Aussicht mit gewissen Abstrichen....
Der erste Eindruck ist super, die Aussicht top, die Lage ideal, der Garten riesig und man kann von hier aus die Halbinsel Crozon perfekt erkunden, aber folgendes hat uns gestört: - es hatte viele Insekten/Ungeziefer im ganzen Haus (Kellerasseln und sonstige Kriechtiere, die zum Teil auch aus dem Waschbecken gekrabbelt kamen oder sich im Backofen versteckten, gemäss Agentur sei dies der Jahreszeit (Oktober) geschuldet, da sie sich in die Wärme begeben - für uns aber ein No-Go. - das ganze Haus hätte eine Tiefenreinigung nötig, der Boden färbt den Lappen schwarz wenn man einen Wasserfleck aufwischt, die Borsten der Abwaschbürste waren grau...ich denke mit wenig Aufwand könnte hier mehr herausgeholt werden. - die Schränke und Schubladen riechen muffig, sodass das Geschirr und Besteck auch entsprechend riecht - der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter/Agentur war sehr harzig, trotz frühzeitiger Mitteilung unserer Ankunftszeit 3 Tage im Voraus kam erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Anrufen unsererseits und dies erst ca. 5 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft die Info, dass der Schlüssel gelegt sei, die konkrete Adresse des Hauses mussten wir erneut nachfragen. - es hat kein WLAN im Haus und scheinbar auch niemals gehabt, diese Info in der Fewo-Anzeige ist falsch, Empfang, falls man ein Abo löst ist aber gut. Alles in allem konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt trotz der obgenannten Punkte geniessen, würden aber das nächste Mal ein anderes Haus wählen.

Emplacement, vue, calme
Commençons tout de suite par les points négatifs : La maison n'est pas très grande, à deux c'est parfait, à quatre cela semble jouable sans problème, à plus de personnes, il vaut mieux que la météo soit bonne, la pièce de vie n'est pas très grande. L'insonorisation est faible entre les deux niveaux. La salle de bain est à l'étage et les toilettes au rez-de-chaussée, ce n'est pas pratique la nuit. Je ne me suis cogné qu'une seule fois aux angles du plafond de la salle de bain avec mon mètre 85, on s'y fait ! Pas de Wi-Fi mais la 4G est là. Il est temps de passer aux points positifs: La maison, construite dans les années 60 d'après les photos a été remise en état et est très bien équipée dans la cuisine. C'est une vraie maison de famille avec ses jeux de société et ses photos. Le tout dégage un charme certain, on se sent chez soi très rapidement. Nous vivons dans une maison au calme et recherchons plutôt des sites à l'écart et tout aussi calmes. Ce fut un plaisir d'y passer une semaine. Autre argument et non des moindres, la vue est magnifique depuis la maison et son jardin. Les couchers de soleil sont chaque jour différents et chaque jour superbes. La fenêtre de la chambre du haut est un très bon spot pour prendre des photos. La plage et le sentier littoral sont à quelques minutes à pied ; Crozon à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Pour finir, la personne que nous avons rencontrée en fin de séjour était très agréable. Bref une belle adresse que nous avons fort appréciée.

Geniale einmalige Aussicht
Typisch französisches Ferienhaus. Küche gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank. Kein WLAN obwohl bei Mitarbeiterin nachgefragt. Mobile Daten waren gut. Dieses Haus macht alle Nachteile hellhörig, Klo unten, Dusche oben, durch die Aussicht, Lage und geschmackvolles Wohn-Esszimmer wett. Noch nie in so einer schönen Lage gewohnt. Caroline

Une semaine parfaite!
La beauté de la presqu ile de Crozon est intacte. Nous avons eu un soleil genereux, la plage est sauvage à souhait , acces facile a partir de la maison. La location est tres confortable et la vue sur la mer tout simplement incroyabe.

Séjour à Goulien
Très bon séjour, la vue et l’emplacement sont magnifique. Très bon accueil. La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle. L’absence de TV et de wifi ne nous a pas gêné. Le seul bémol serait la facture d’électricité qui peut vite grimper sachant que le logement manque d’isolation.

Prijs stemt helemaal niet overeen met accomodatie
Uitzicht van het huisje op de baai was schitterend, binnen in het huisje daarentegen was een enorme tegenvaller. Douche lekte door plafond, we moesten doeken leggen op de kast en vloer om water op te vangen, en dit bij elke douchebeurt, stel je voor met 5 personen. Het was een huisje voorzien voor 7 maar er stonden maar 4 stoelen. Keuken was plakkerig en slordig in de kasten. In elke hoek was er een spinnenweb te vinden en de open haard deed het niet. Op de foto’s van website staat duidelijk de open haard, niet leuk om te horen dat die niet meer werkt. Ook geen wifi, terwijl dit ook was aangegeven op website, enorme tegenvaller voor 3 studenten. Dus te duur betaald voor wat we ervoor terugkregen!

Wunderschön mit herrlichem Blick
Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Goulien. Anfang April war es noch etwas kalt im Haus, aber sobald die Sonne schien, wurde es schnell warm. Der Garten war ein Traum für die Kinder. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Hervorragende Lage
Die Lage ist traumhaft, man hat eine tolle Aussicht und ist schnell am Strand sowie in dem Örtchen Crozon, in dem fast jeden Tag Markt ist. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe und mehrere Bäckereien. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Couch könnte bequemer sein, da man von Ihr aus die tolle Aussicht zu jeder Tageszeit genießen kann. Es ist sehr hellhörig, für uns nicht schlimm, da wir nur zu zweit waren, aber mit mehreren Leuten hört man jeden Schritt. Insgesamt hat die traumhafte Lage dies aber auch weggemacht….

Tolle Lage und Haus mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Die Lage und der Blick sind super! Das Grundstück ist riesig und der Blick absolut frei (bis zu den Lichtern von Brest). Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen! Leider hatten wir viel Pech mit dem Wetter und um viel Zeit drinnen zu verbringen ist das Haus mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern recht klein, extrem hellhörig und das Sofa (max 2 Personen) leider super unbequem. Bei durchgängig gutem/ warmen Wetter wäre uns das aber vermutlich (fast) gar nicht aufgefallen. Die Küche ist ok ausgestattet. Das Bad ist wie beschrieben sehr klein, aber die Dusche ist angenehm und schnell sehr schön warm. Für uns waren die Betten etwas klein und auch zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Wir haben hier schöne und erholsame 2 Wochen verbracht und hoffen für unsere nächste Reise auf die Halbinsel wieder für gutes Wetter (wie sonst all die Jahre)!

Emplacement parfaite et vue magnifique pour une belle maison
Nous ne nous sommes pas lassés de la vue imprenable sur la plage de Goulien, les tas de pois et la baie. Pouvoir aller à pied à la plage et au sentier cotier est un atout majeur. La maison etait parfaite pour 5 personnes et bien équipée. Pour ceux avec un sommeil leger il peut avoir le risque des murs trop fins / isolation du sol mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème : après l'air marin on dort bien !

Séjour très agréable avec une vue 4*
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison. Très bon accueil d’accueil d’Erwann, qui nous a donné beaucoup d’infos sur la presqu’île de Crozon. Nous nous sommes régalés de la vue incroyable sur les tas de pois et la pointe de Pen Hir mais aussi d’etre aussi près de la plage de Dinan départ de superbes balades. À savoir C’est une vieille maison avec un très grand jardin pleine vue mer, le charme de l’ancien avec un manque d’isolation si vous êtes entre amis cela peut être gênant.

Sejour d'une semaine à Crozon
Accueil hyper sympa d'Erwann. Merci ! Emplacement parfait pour cette maison vue sur mer, au calme et sans nuisances. Un conseil : bien repérer l'endroit sur maps afin d'éviter de trop chercher à l'arrivée ! Equipements de salle de bains et de cuisine complets et de qualité (manque juste un moule à gâteau :)....). Plancher des chambres en bois . Très sonore. Ce n'est pas un problème si mêmes heures de coucher et de lever, bien sur. Pour un séjour en mars, maison difficile à réchauffer les premières 24 heures. A ne pas rater la Pointe de Pen Hir, la Pointe de Dinan, La Pointe du Raz. En résumé, excellent séjour. Nous avons loué une semaine mais nous aurions bien aimé prolonger !
