I would have given five stars all-around if not for the first room we were given which was infested with ants, including my daughter’s bed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room which was fabulous. The property itself is immaculate, the staff is very accommodating and the food was surprisingly good, especially the Italian and Steakhouse. The Japanese restaurant was the least favorite, and would be better served as an authentic Spanish restaurant. The adult pool area was most welcome, although heating the water would be an added bonus. The spa was a bit underwhelming as well as the treatments. Overall, it’s a very solid option for an all-inclusive resort.

"Excellent stay in very comfortable well situated hotel. Our executive room was huge and the rooftop pool a bonus. We had the half board which was tremendous value, breakfast very good, dinner had a limited choice but everything we ate was very good quality."
