Enjoyed our stay

"We loved having a place to stay between Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The on-site restaurant is so good. The gift shop had just what we were looking for in regards to souvenirs. There is a fridge and small microwave in our room. There are luggage carts to use from the parking lot to rooms. It’s a little walk and ours was up a slight incline to the building. It worked fine, but it’s good to know. The setting here is beautiful!"

"A unique experience in sequoia park. So much offered… quaint pond for fishing and canoeing, archery, s’mores and evening campfire, pool n hot tub, excellent selection of board games and buffet meals !!!! AND very close to Grant tree… all that and very friendly staff . True… the lodge and the rooms are dated.. but they point this out on their website and there are pictures of the rooms . But what the place lacks in fancy upgraded rooms it WELL makes up for in character and activities. They do have a few very new cabins as well is you’re not into the vintage feel"

"Where do I begin? My younger brother moved last year to the nearby area so my wife and I were looking for a quiet vrbo location as we also have my mother-in-law and my two-year-old daughter along on the trip. This was my first time traveling to the area and I have to say the stars really aligned when I chose this place. Upon arriving my anxieties felt stripped away and were replaced with a feeling of comfort. The quiet area, beautiful view, and convenience of the home's layout were perfect. The firepit by the lakeside was perfect for making s'mores, and the gas grill on the gorgeous deck was again conveniently placed for conversations with my family as I cooked and they sat on the shaded dining table. I will forever hold with me the memory of coming to see my little brother and we all hope to visit again soon. If I could give more than 5 stars, this would be it."
