"This hotel has hidden assets that could make it a world-class resort on Phu Quoc Island.　With just one more step, it could become world-famous.　Personally, I don't want anyone to know about it. Cottage-type resort hotels are not uncommon in Phu Quoc, but a combination of a beachfront location on a small mountain with an infinity pool and rooms is rare. Even when they are rare, the cottages are often modern, lacking authenticity and failing to appeal to Western or developed tourists. I think this is a genuinely wonderful resort hotel where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the patio. At the Green Bay Resort, we have an old-fashioned architectural style that I believe will satisfy tourists. In addition, the spa and pool are very satisfactory. Combined with the fact that it is not crowded, it has a secluded resort feel. The problems can be summarized as follows: 1. Hot water capacity: 2. Limited dinner and breakfast options. 3. Beach clarity The beach is well-maintained, so it is understandable that there is nothing that can be done about the water quality. The first issue is critical. Despite the deep moated bath, the water cools down without reaching even 10 cm. We wait until the heat tank heats up, but it takes almost two hours, and the accumulated water is cold by then. In short, it's impossible to enjoy a Japanese-style bath with water kept at nearly 40°C until the end of the day. "Beautiful hotel located on a gorgeous oceanfront beach. The room: nice and clean. Little details that we like: provided sandals for the room & beach, the laundry line to hang up our wet swim suits. The pool: nice and big The restaurants: the beach bistro has a nice view. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and all were delicious. Afternoon tea: a nice bonus extra The staff: friendly, courteous & helpful. The person who checked us in was knowledgeable. He spent time explaining things in details with us. The airport transfers and bus were convenient and made it easy to commute bt places."

"The hotel staff were wonderful. After realising our initial room had faults they upgraded us to the suite without charge. They made the effort to leave a small desert for my partner on their birthday and on our anniversary in the room. Overall I was very impressed "

"This was a family of 5 stay, with 2 toddlers and 1 teenager. Everyone loved it. The kids club was great for the toddlers and they have scheduled activities. Maybe after age 6 or 7 it could be to baby-ish. The private pool was aaaaaaaamazing, especially for a night swim. We had the two bedroom villa. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. The buffet had lots of variety for the a m. and p.m. The food was decent some dishes were really good. I would definitely consider the food pkg bc outside the resort, nearby, is nothing (that we saw of). There is a shuttle that takes you to Vinwonders and the safari. The hotel staff was nice, the pool was nice, the beach was nice. The property is huuuuuuge. There are coconut and mango trees everywhere. The bed and sheets are standard. The villa itself is aaaaaamazing. It does have a kitchen but we had not dishes or cookware in ours, odd. But we also didnt plan on using it anyway. We did order room svc, the pizza, Ceasar salad, and spring rolls were NOT good. The burger was decent."
