Me decepciona la falta de respeto al cancelar las reservaciones de todas las personas el dia 14 de Marzo aun y cuando mi reservacion la hice desde Enero. por darle preferencia a un cliente autorizandole rentar todo el hotel el dia 13 de Marzo 2019,1 dia antes de mi estancia en Cuatro Cienegas , tengan cuidado al reservar en hostal doña Carlota, por que les puede pasar lo mismo.

Muy limpio el lugar, bonitas instalaciones, solo que se indica en la pagina desayuno continental y no dieron nada, también dice en la página camas queen y son matrimoniales. Fuera de eso todo muy bien.
