"We loved the location in the heart of Puebla. We walked everywhere. We loved the property--a wonderful blend of the old (historic) with the new (modern appliances and amenities). A lot of love was poured into the design of this apartment. The property manager and the owner were prompt in their responses to our inquiries. A first rate stay. The apartment is very secure, it has a door that requires a key to get in, followed by a door that requires a code, not to mention that the entrance to the apartment building is locked at night. Not that the extra security is needed, given the heavy police presence, but it is good to have nonetheless."

"We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town. Leobardo was not only very friendly but he was also very responsive. Overall fantastic experience here!"

"The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. The upstairs bathroom did not flush, and there was ant invasion which was promptly addressed "

"Some parts of the hotel appeared to be closed but (bar on the first floor). Also the exercise room was a bit small and one of the machines was broken but over all our room was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We will come back again."
