El hotel nos gustó, el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable en todo momento, la habitación limpia, la regadera con buena presión de agua, las camas agradables, cuenta con aire acondicionado, estacionamiento seguro. El restaurante la comida muy rica el buffet con gran variedad de alimentos. Unos detalles que hubiera más luz en el baño,la TV tuviera brazo para poderla mover de posición

Mucha atención para las puertas de acceso principal ( seguridad ya que lo se pueden poner los seguros, están descuadradas las puertas y evitar el ruido, se oye mucho el ruido en pasillos, ya requiere cambio de cortinas black out ya mancha mucho la ropa y la piel. Excelente la comida, muy rica, nos agrado bastante el agua caliente, sale inmediato y a buena temperatura. Muy agradable el área de alberca con jardines y mesas con sillas para pasarla agradable. Cancha de tenis. La seguridad de acceso muy buena y muy atenta el personal de seguridad y Bell boy

En general el hotel está aceptable, el personal muy amable, la ubicación es excelente. Lo único que me incomodó fue que como a las 6 de la mañana empezó a oler mucho a comida el cuarto, el olor entraba por el aire acondicionado, en cuanto lo apagamos el olor se fue, estábamos en el 6to piso así que fue extraño.

Faltan servicios de comida 24hrs y Bar, al ser tan insegura en este momento la ciudad de Cuatla, te recomiendan no salir, pero no brindan servicios en horario extendido. Así mismo, hace falta renovación de baños en los cuartos, sillas para terraza y organización en el checkout que se satura.
