"Very well decorated room with full bathroom, 7 towels and amenities, the reception team works 24 hours and is always attentive, it is very central to walk around Havana and get to know its reality. We were not affected by the lack of electricity because they have an emergency generator, we really enjoyed the varied breakfast"

I just got back from our destination wedding in Cuba and stayed here for two nights, I did my rehearsal dinner at the rooftop bar/lounge and did all my wedding prep here as well. The food was delicious, as well as the drinks. Words cannot express how grateful, magical and exemplary our stay was. Whenever we visit Cuba again, we will stay here. "Our stay at Casa Factoria was great in every way. The hosts were so helpful and attentive - they organised a day trip to Vinales and onward transport out of Havana for us. We took the classic car tour in Santiago’s pink car and it was so much fun. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. "
