"As an older person I really struggled with the subdued lighting in the room. Also the heating control was not easy to follow not a strong internet connection on the second floor. The staff where excellent as was the breakfast"

"Had to wait a while for receptionist when checking in but it was 9pm. Room just as photo described. Very clean. Bed was a bit hard as others have stated. Room was freezing cold when first got there. Appreciate the heating isn’t put on but the temp was snowy and zero/minus so would have been nice ..."
