Beautiful Family-Friendly, Dock, Marina, Heated Pool, near Key West, MM21.5

This beautiful home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of the Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. Location is a standout with Key West only 17 miles in one direction and Marathon 25 miles in the other. This WiFi-enabled, 1200 square foot home boasts two master suites, with a king bed in one room and a king bed in the other, 32'' HDTV, private full bath, & access to the second floor balcony that has views of the Atlantic ocean. Downstairs you will find the third full bath, smart TV, sleeper sofa, dining table for six, a breakfast bar with four bar stools, a second balcony with lush foliage views, washer/dryer, & a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen. Whip up your favorite tropical drink and have cocktail hour on one of the private balconies, relax in the private hammock, or relax at the heated pool or beach area. The ground floor offers parking for 2 cars and also has an entertaining area with a table and chairs and a Weber grill.

Your boat, up to 25 feet, can be kept at the marina, located in the calm waters directly behind the home (first-come, first-serve dock space and 1 boat per home). Looe Key is a short distance where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving in the keys, along with the best fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or opt to rent a boat from the nearby Cudjoe Garden Marina - a full service marina offering boat rentals as well as fishing, snorkel, and dive trips. After a day of fun, drop your gear off right at the house and clean the days catch at the fish cleaning station found right off the marina/pool area. Within a few miles, you’ll find several excellent restaurants, the only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located five miles away at Boonedocks Grille Restaurant. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions (see our owners map below for locations and descriptions!)

Great stay!
Great location. Safe, gated community. Access to pool and chairs on the dock for sunrises and sunsets. Perfect for two couples. Two king size beds...no one had to feel bad for taking a bigger bed. Private bathrooms in each bedroom. Nice size kitchen table for card games and meals. Guest bathroom on the main floor so you don't have to make the trip up the stairs to the bedrooms. Found everything we needed for cooking. Fast communication from the hosts.

Great vacation home
We spent a few days here and our stay was terrific. The house was in a great location, very clean. The beds were comfortable and so was the pull out sofa. Excellent location, close to Key West. The house had everything we needed which made cooking meals there a breeze. Our kids enjoyed the little beach and the kayaks. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway
We had a wonderful time! This property was perfect for us! Great location! very nice! lots of space also laid back like the keys should be. The location is perfect every day we took short trips to surrounding keys for snorkeling and fishing. We will definitely use this property again when we go back this summer. The seafood market and running trail the host recommended were top notch.

A great long weekend getaway!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We used it as home base for our travels around the Keys. It was very comfortable and well equipped for all our needs. The sunsets from the dock are amazing! Joanna and Jason were great hosts providing information and recommendations for the area. If we return to Cudjoe Key, we’ll definitely stay here.

Awesome location. Loved the small gated condo community. Condo very clean with everything you need and great setup. Checking in/out super easy. Pool is cooled so very nice after fishing all day. Would definitely return!

This was our second year staying at Joanna and Jason’s property and we had an amazing time. Joanna is extremely attentive and is an excellent host. We highly recommend this villa. It is equipped with everything that you need, meticulously maintained and the location cannot be beat! We love being so close to Key West and exploring Keys by boat such as Snipes Key, Marvin Key and Looe Key for snorkeling!

Fantastic Location Great Property
Love renting in this little complex but this unit in particular was immaculately maintained. Great communication with the owners and a fantastic location if youre looking for quick access to the ocean. We booked this place for a guys fishing trip and it was much more than we needed (in a good way). Families would have a ton of fun here as well with the pool, kayaks, etc. Cant wait to come back!

We’re bummed that we only stayed for 3 nights at this property! It is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The small beach area is perfect for sunset viewing and drinks with friends. The location is perfect! Close to a great restaurant, an awesome coffee house, Bahia Honda State Park, and KW! And to top it all, Joanna is an amazing hostess! We highly recommend Joanna’s place and we’ll definitely be back!

A hidden gem!
Picture staying at a beautiful, cozy townhouse that your generous relative (in my case, I'm imagining a loving aunt) has opened up to you to stay at and you have this place! It was perfectly furnished, very clean, and exactly as described. Joann was very friendly in her communication to us and even provided an unexpected early check-in. Our favorite parts of the home were the balconies, view of ocean, and the heated pool. Even though at night most of the other homes were lit up, it was very quiet. We felt comfortable allowing our teens to walk around for some photo opps since this home was in a gated community. I can't say enough! My teen lost her airpod and Joann even shipped it to us! Thank you! We will be back!
