Great older hotel but very well kept. The staff was very nice and attentive. I enjoyed the pool. It has a bus station where you can come and go from Mexico city less than a block away. Downtown is just about a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to City Center. Our room was big and clean, but maybe it’s on the ground floor, the washroom has some smell from the sewer. Although our booking had breakfast included, there were only coffee, cookies and a few bananas and apples, as we travelled more, we realized, this is Mexican continental breakfast. We didn’t use the swimming pool. Parking is convenient on hotel property. The front street is very busy.

Excelente para un viaje familiar
la ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica, la habitación esta genial es amplia tiene aire acondicionado, las camas son cómodas, la alberca esta muy limpia, el café de la mañana esta rico, el personal es super atento, solo me pareció que el baño es pequeño y le falta una repisa más grande para acomodar el shampoo, acondicionador, etc

Las instalaciones son cómodas, la alberca super, hay acceso a todo el centro de la ciudad, restaurantes y bares. Fueron muy amables y cortses en todo momento y nos ofrecieron un desayuno de cortesia muy rico. Gracias.

Esta es una queja para Hoteles.com, ya que al llegar al hotel se me indico que no tenian la reservacion que habia hecho meses atras. Afortunadamente, habia una habitacion disponible y todo sucedio sin mayor problema. Agradeceré revisar bien el proceso y el porque de esta situación, que de no haber habido habitación, se hubiera convertido en una terrible pesadilla. Del hotel, la verdad me parecio excelente el valor recibido por el precio pagado. Sin duda, volveria.
