No me gustó para nada que pongan que es un hotel, y lo pinten bonito, cuando no es así Al llegar vimos que era un motel y de muy mala calidad

Es limpio y agradable Siempre que vengo encuentro cucarachas pero al menos están muertas, se ve que fumigan bien De ahí en fuera un excelente lugar

En lo general todo estuvo bien lo único malo es que no había agua caliente en la regadera ya que solo tienen un calentador solar pequeño y creo que es importante ponerlo en la descripción del hotel ya que si , está nublado pues no va a aber agua caliente también les falta poner más atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones..

Para empezar no tenían agendada mi reservación que el costo es de 481 , lle y esa mala noticia y me combraron750.00 porque dijo la encargada que si no se lo cobraban a ella y no me dieron factura ni agua había para tomar en el cuarto no hay aire acondicionado ni abanicomuy terrible

Es un lugar tranquilo pero si lo tienen descuidado por ejemplo la fuente principal, el área de la alberca parece literal bodega, no hay ni agua, jabón ni papel higiénico en el baño. No hay agua caliente en la regadera en la mañana, no cuentan con botes de basura en la habitación. Permiten huéspedes ruidosos y con música fuerte toda la noche.

Estaba sucia el baño estaba sucio el papel ya estaba usado , en todo momento hubo mucho ruido de las personas que llegaban en la madrugada gritando

Pero que un hotel de paso barato!!!!
Pésimo lugar desde la primer atención que dan, los empleados solo saben cobrar y dar la llave. La habitación 4 la entregaron sucia sin barrer ni trapear, el wc tapado, no hubo agua caliente, pelos en el piso y el la cama con la sobrecama manchada sin lavar. Reporté todo cuando salí y regresé y solo cambiaron la sobrecama!!! La TV no estaba contada al cable , le faltaba un cable HDMI. Pesimo lugar, hay lugares de paso con mejor servicio por 300$!!!!!

En general está bien, pero el servicio es como de hotel de paso. No tienen restaurante.

Las habitaciones están en muy mal estado, la limpieza es superficial tienen mobiliario viejo y maltratado, el colchón estaba viejo y con hendiduras, no pudimos dormir bien durante la noche. El espacio de la alberca está muy sucio y descuidado, la alberca estaba sucia y el chapoteadero parecía tener hongos. Tuvimos que salirnos un día antes de terminar nuestro hospedaje por la incomodidad del hotel.
