Great affordable option in Cuernavaca!

It was a very clean and quiet hotel. The staff was always kind and polite. However, I found some bugs in my bed (1st night) and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the property.

I've stayed at this location 3 times and will continue to stay here. They have safe taxi drivers to take you and pick you up whenever. They can also pick up food for you and will bring to your room. Across the street is a pharmacy. The hotel grounds are peaceful and clean. The room is cleaned daily. Nothing but good things to say.

We would definitely stay there again, although some details need more attention. Not enough outlets to plug your devices. TV was complicated to use and ended up not working. No menu for room service in the room. A chair but no table to work or read. Details that are important. Restaurant is good although a bit slow. Rooms are big and comfortable. No noise! That’s a plus. Good air conditioning.

El hotel es claramente muy viejo, le hace falta mantenimiento casi a todo: alberca, aires acondicionados, nuevos colchones, las secadoras de pelo son de los años 80, igual que las planchas. En la alberca es servicio es lento. El desayuno del sábado fue verdaderamente terrible: mala calidad de los alimentos y tardaron 1 hora en servirnos. El domingo tienen un bufet con comida promedio, que no vale los 299 pesos que cuesta. En la alberca se permite que los huéspedes bajen su bocina y pongan música, al volumen que ellos quieran y obvio con la selección musical que ellos quieren: terrible.
