"Beautiful hotel with brilliant staff. Could have done with more milks, coffee and tea bags. Sadly, the room beside us was very noisy. Also everytime soneone used their bathrooms the sound of the fans was very loud. A stunning hotel but not entirely soundproof. However, would stay again. "

"Lovely hotel quite central. Next to the underground, but even walking distance to Piccadilly area. A lot of useful shops nearby (coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarkets,…) in case you need something extra. The staff was really amazing, especially the room service that helped me sorting out a problem at 6 am. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the man, but I will never stop thanking him. I go back to this hotel yearly for my work and quality/price is excellent. "

"Modern but small. My son and I were having trouble with space for 2 suitcases as the room would be suitable for 1, though workable for 2. A short walk around the area opened up dining options with street vendors near Flat Iron providing plenty of yummy options."
