"Clean, spacious apartment near city center. It took me a while to figure out the lights and the appliances are a wee different then in the US. Don't be alarmed if you do a wash and it's taking 3 hours.The washing machine automatically does the drying as well. Overall, a brilliant place to stay. Tesco is across the street. "

"We loved being able to walk to the city center but also enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. We were travelling with an 11 month old so having a travel cot, highchair and children’s dishware was an extra perk. Even the Peter Pan kids books! The place was clean, we had enough towels for 4 adults and enough room to spread out. Would definetly stay here again! "

"We have been to stay here twice now. We love the location. Great hikes, quiet, nature all around. I wish there was a dryer for our clothes. We use the washing machine, but it is usually raining outside or cloudy, so the clothes don't dry. Other than that we love the cozy space and the river just outisde the door. Thank you! Just right for our needs in the Highlands..."

"Apartment does have a washer but not a dryer, this was the main reason we booked it. It has 2 beds but sleeping 5 is a stretch unless someone is sleeping on a sofa. The location is right in the middle of town which is great but the bar right across the street is open until 1 am so there is a lot of noise at night."

"Location is good with parking space outside the property. Supermarket are within short driving distance. It is convenient to reach to different directions. Property is a bit old, but it is clean and tidy. Shower is good which is very important. Only bad thing is the mattress. They are due for replacement."

"The loft was an excellent place to return to after a long day of exploring the Scottish Highlands. Only a five minute walk away from the hubbub of the city, it is easily accessible and yet not right in the middle of everything. Dean and Liam are very accommodating and easy to communicate with, and even left a booklet with restaurant and activity recommendations. Would recommend to anyone going to Inverness!"

"Communication was great - clear and concise with everything explained well. Check in was all remote. We chose to add the parking for our stay - this is attached to the unit complex with lift access. The building and apartment were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment- very spacious and well maintained. Full kitchen as well. Great view from the balcony. Many options for food within 5 min walk. Major shopping Centre down the road. Felt comfortable and like a home as opposed to a hotel...

"Negatives: There was an overwhelming damp/off smell when we first entered the apartment which I later discovered came from the vacuum cleaner when I used it. The bathroom light and hot water tap didn't work and the duvet for the sofa bed had a yellow stain on it. The "free kids club" is a run down cabin in which you pay £1 per game of pool (don't expect chalk). There are no plug sockets beside the bedroom mirror/dressing table. The bar area was always empty. Positives: The area is fantastic....
