Front desk and concierge staff were great. So we’re good staff. Hotel just wasn’t clean and slow at everything. Hallways smelled. Little things not done like trash picked up by tables at the pool or service lingered for 40 minutes for a drink. It’s nice but not a 5 star hotel.

Hotel was excellent. Did not get to participate in the numerous activities that the hotel provides however they appeared fun. Would definitely stay here again. Also the staff was excellent

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience. While the staff was helpful and attentive, the food was disappointing and did not meet 5-star standards. The options were quite limited, and the taste was very average. Overall, the hospitality was good, but the dining experience needs significant improvement.

Searched many hotels for a few weeks before choosing this one. I was advised it was a nice place but one of the older hotels. Due to price and location I decided to take the chance. I can say with confidence that it was the perfect choice. On arrival the porters were really friendly, which should be expected, but my initial impression of the front desk was professional but a bit cold (maybe she was having a bad morning). For me one person doesn’t represent all the staff. Rooms - The room was clean, a tiny bit of dust behind the TV, but that was it. Had an ocean view room which provided a nice view of the Dubai Eye and junction of the beach and The Walk. It had all the necessary amenities other than an iron. There are a nice choice of onsite restaurants. We only used one for breakfast which had a great selection including vegetarian options. The matradee who I believe is named Hussain, actually took me to meet one of the chefs when I asked about the vegetarian options the evening before. I thought this was an excellent customers service. He was there the next morning and came over to greet me and my family and showed us the vegetarian options for that morning. He also remembered that I required a specific non-dairy milk option for my child. In regard to other restaurant staff I would like to mention Koe and Osama.
