"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"NINE was a wonderful weekend away for our family. Despite being in the winter, the home is warm, and full of charm. We immensely enjoyed the SUPs, tinny, hot tub and wonderful recommendations of host, Elly. "Beautiful secluded property. Great to getaway and unwind with the family, really enjoyed our stay. With a fireplace and fire pit thought firewood would be provided, brought some of our own but ran out. No Milk frother to go with the pod coffee machine. Cleanliness sub par and sheets missing for main bed."

"This journey was the scariest journey of our life. This property is so dangerous that we could not even think about it. Owner did not even give us the wifi password. My child's leg was amputated. We could not contact the doctor and the service was so bad. They charged us 800 dollars for one night and their behavior is so terrible. We never knew in our life that any service could be like this before. I will tell everyone never to go to this property."

"Place is absolutely amazing, I booked this place the night before and was surprised by all the amenities and the amazing kid friends pub across the road. I would have given 5 stars on everything, only problem I found was that the children’s pool, the bottom of it, paint? Comes off when you’re swimming around. Other than that it’s well thought out, at reception they have pool games that you can buy, goggles, food, wine, ice cream and even aerogard if needed. I would highly recommend this retreat and I will be back! "

"The staff were very helpful with an earlier check in for me. It really helped me a lot with my schedule. My room was extremely comfortable. I only hope that the person who charged breakfast to my room was found! I am very grateful to the check out manager who believed me when I denied ordering breakfast.
