"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"We stayed for a whole week in this property, a big family of 11 adults and 3 infants. Before our arrival Martina did everything to make sure that our stay will be perfect, and helped us with a lot of questions. "Riccardo was so helpful and accommodating. His place was very comfortable and ideally located to see all the sights on the eastern side of Sicily. Direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach with a view of Mount Etna was a highlight. Would definitely recommend!"

"The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest. "

"If you are looking for a hotel which is both well-located and well-run and well-priced, look no further. The hotel is situated opposite the exit of the train station (and close to the bus stops) and about a 20 minute walk through the town centre to the island of Ortigia. The staff are friendly and accommodating, storing luggage and offering a complimentary coffee. The first floor single room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower in the bathroom. By Italian standards, the breakfast choice was good and plentiful and a bar is available. All in all, a pleasant stay in a small hotel. "

"Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Great staff. WiFi is not good. I selected this hotel because it advertised high-speed internet which I needed for a business meeting. It was terrible- I could not open some necessary pages. I had Zoom with no camera to reduce bandwidth and the transmission was still “garbled” both ways. "
