O quarto era enorme, camas limpas e confortáveis. Ótima localização, bem central. Café da manhã era muito bom, mas no mês de dezembro que há uma grande quantidade de hóspedes, é importante aumentar a quantidade de funcionários na cozinha, pois dependendo do horário que vão tomar café os funcionários não estavam dando conta de repôr o buffet e limpar as mesas.

A localização e o atendimento dos funcionários é muito boa, contudo o hotel não tem estacionamento, os elevadores não atendem a demanda e o banheiro do meu quarto estava com vazamento.

Atendeu o descanso da família
A localização é muito boa, perto do Jardim botanico, mercado e lanchonetes. Estacionamento na rua de trás com uma taxa a parte que vale muito a pena. Sai a noite e voltei tarde sem nenhum problema para tirar e guardar o carro novamente. Café da manhã delicioso e variado. Só não dou nota máxima, devido problema no elevador e minha mãe de 70 anos ter que subir 4 andares pela escada.

As condições do hotel são razoáveis, é um estabelecimento antigo que poderia ser melhorado, principalmente nos elevadores. Outras questões básicas poderiam melhorar como o fornecimento de água no frigobar, que tem que ser comprada pelo hóspede na recepção. As condições de higiene são boas, a equipe de limpeza é esforçada e simpática. A localização do hotel é ótima e a região bem segura.
