Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Hotel extremamente mal cuidado, quarto com ar condicionado que goteja até encharcar o chão, banheiro lotado de mofo nas paredes, box com banheira que não é mais uma banheira,cama velha, frigobar velho. Café da manhã muito fraco, elevador minúsculo e a acústica dos quartos se ouve tudo. Muito,mas muito fraco pelo preço que cobram. Um dos piores hotéis em que já me hospedei e as fotos são completamente enganosas.

Hotel bem.localizado no centro da cidade. Quarto grande porem faltou pelo menos uma cadeira. A janela não tem isolamento acústico então espere ouvir o movimento da rua. A parte elétrica precisa de manutenção urgente. Há tomadas que não funcionam, fios soltos e fios com emendas mal feitas e mal isoladas. Um perigo. Cortinas com etiqueta de compra. No geral as coisas funcionam mas precisa de uma bela revisão e mais capricho na apresentação dos aposentos.

It is very well located, the breakfast was good and free, and the air conditioner worked fine. The only drawback was the mold smell in the room, but after leaving the window open for a while, it improved.

Antes do checkin, tentei contato por telefone e whatsapp, nada, ao chegar te m que subir uma escada enorme para ir na recepção, quem tiver muitas malas vai penar um pouco. Estavam fazendo obra no andar (sexto), as camareiras escutando música alta, café da manhã com xícara trincada, quarto sem funcionar duas tomadas, pelo preço (entre 200 a 300), não valeu, por esse nível uns 150.

A cama de casal era super estreita, colchões de mola, nada confortáveis. O banheiro estava com limbo no chão e com mofo no teto. O ar condicionado era muito antigo, super barulhento e consertado com “remendos” de fita, nada profissional. A condensadora do lado de fora do quarto fazia tanto barulho que parecia que ia sair voando. O ralo do banheiro não dava conta de escoar a água do chuveiro fazendo uma piscina nojenta nos pés. Não tem elevador até o primeiro andar onde fica a recepção e não conseguimos parar o carro logo em frente ao hotel para descer as malas, tendo que atravessar uma espécie de “calçadão” de paralelepípedo carregando as malas.
