Local estratégico no centro da cidade, em frente a rua XV. A recepção fica subindo dois lances de escada. Esse primeiro momento não tem elevador então pode dificultar hóspedes com dificuldade de mobilidade e portando muitas malas. O restante dos andares possui acesso por elevador. O café da manhã está incluso, é simples, mas bom.

Vantagens e Desvantagens do centro de Curitiba.
Razoável, pois de início nos deparamos com uma escada para acessar a recepção, sem acessibilidade alguma e sem ajuda de algum funcionário para subir às malas. Cartão do quarto, só entregam um e descarrega sempre. Toalhas e cobertores ruins. Nos quartos não tem secador de cabelo, precisa solicitar e devolver na mesma hora, pois é rotativo. Papel higiênico é péssimo. Na limpeza, não retiravam nossas garrafas de água que estavam vazias no banheiro. Café da manhã bom (frutas, pães e bolos). A localização é ótima, porém o hotel precisa de uma boa manutenção.

Frustrações, problemas simples de resolver .
Gostamos da localização, o quarto e banheiro com tamanho muito bom , o chuveiro e a cama deliciosos , cafe bom , as partes ruins que tornaram a experiencia ruim ...a tv desligava a cada 10 segundos , e varios canais com imagem ruim , o quarto tinha um barulho interno que parecia de turbina de avião, ficou a tarde e a noite inteira , e o frigobar mesmo ligado na tomada , não resfriou nada , péssimo, o atendente ofereceu o único quarto que estava disponivel , mas avisou que era de frente pra rua em andar baixo e que o barulho era pior , resolvemos ficar no mesmo quarto o 609 , não somos de reclamar de hotéis, mas estes problemas tornaram a experiencia desagradável.

A localização do hotel é central com ponto de ônibus enfrente, muito boa, a estrutura é boa pelo custo benefício, bem limpo, o que deixou a desejar mesmo foi o café, não tinha muitas variedades, o café é bem fraquinho.
