Tivemos alguns problemas nesta estadia. Falta de agua, tv somente com a globo, poucos canais, ar condicionado com problemas.Ficamos 8 dias e foi uma decepção. Peço que verifiquem esta situação. Complicado.

Péssima escolha
Infelizmente, minha estadia neste hotel foi decepcionante. O quarto que me foi oferecido estava em péssimas condições de limpeza e manutenção. Encontrei toalhas rasgadas, roupa de cama manchada e com fios de cabelo, além de um box no banheiro com marcas visíveis de sujeira. Tinha tanto cabelo no chão que dava pra fazer uma peruca. A má qualidade da arrumação e higienização do ambiente certamente não condiz com o padrão mínimo esperado de um hotel.

Hotel pra ficar se for uma emergência. Instalação horríveis, quartos antigos, cheiro de mofo, tem uma porta dentro do quarto que dá passagem pro quarto ao lado. Muito mau cuidado. Limpo, porém em péssimas condições. Toalhas de banho furadas, cobertores furados e rasgados, experiência péssima. Fotos não condizem com a realidade.

O quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de mofo. As toalhas muito ruim, inclusive uma estava ate com furo, ja passando da hora de trocar. Fora isso o restante foi bom. Mas precisa melhorar nesse aspecto.

Fui atendida por uma moça na recepção que foi super grossa e seca comigo, o quarto tinha uma passem para o quarto do lado, que segundo ela todos possuem, a rede Andrade é antiga, possui muitas filias, a manutenção do prédio poderia ser realizada, além da retirar das passem.

Experiência ruim. Instalação parou no tempo. Ar condicionado velho. Quarto e banheiro com mofo. No banheiro caiu um pedaço de massa de cimento de algum lugar. Forro de madeira em mas condições. Café da manhã com pouca variedade. Ovo mexido com casca, bolo mal feito. Estacionamento pago a parte.
