We booked a twin room with Jacuzzi, the check in desk refused to honor the booking repeatedly saying that they were sold out or the manager is not here, when we eventually got to the manager , he said that they don’t work with Expedia and their website description was inaccurate and refused to move us to another room, the room was in bad shape with no towel racks or soap holders, extremely tight for 2 people, then they tried to stick us with additional charges for using cc to pay, will never stay here again

Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Next to San Pedro market and a supermarket. Waking distance to main square. ATM is right next door. All is great. They hired a taxi for us to go to airport at a fraction of what I paid online.

Cozy, clean, safe, and conveniently located. One of the cutest and coziest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was full of local delicious foods. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and confortable. A special thanks to Renzo at the front desk; very polite, respectful, and helpful. Would definitely recommend Quechua Hotel.

The hotel is well kept and staff & services are pretty good. Location is good for tourists. Constant noise from adjacent busy street traffic is hard to ignore. Rooms and facilities are tight wishing for more space but there simply isn’t any.

It’s a nice hotel. The only thing was the room where we had to sleep in, unfortunately it was on the 4th floor by the kitchen and we kept hearing the dishes late at night and in the morning starting at 5am. The guys from the reception were nice, except for one of them; every time we would ask for a recommendation or where could we do laundry, he didn’t know, it felt like he felt bothered about us asking any questions or needed assistance. Other than that, the hotel is in a very centered location, close to everything, their breakfast is very good too.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación pero no es nada parecido a la foto necesita ser remodelados u decoración tiene falla y párese que solo le interesa que solo recepción se vea bien el persona es bueno y malo alguno son súper amable pero otro tiene un no en boca para cualquier cosas que necesita o no sabe de lo que le habla no es un hotel para repetir por el precio le aseguro que se tiene mejores opciones
