Breakfast was amazing and on days we had to be out early they provided a very nice boxed breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance of the main square and other attractions. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel is beautiful. It’s located in a renovated convent in a wonderful location close to Plaza De Armas. Everybody was extremely courteous and professional. From Victor and George at the reception to everybody at the restaurant. Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant was fantastic "

"We had a great stay at El Balcon, the staff was friendly and made check in super easy. The rooms were clean and very cute. It gets chilly at night and they had heaters. The layout of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food, plus the chefs were super accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here! "
