Splendid Mansion in Cuzy with Swimming Pool

This holiday home is a mansion with 3 separate luxury apartments with 3 bedrooms each and can host 6 guests. A newly renovated mansion, it is based in a large forest area, has free WiFi, is attractively furnished with a spacious balcony and a shared swimming pool. Couples and families with children are more than welcome.

You can take a long walk near the lush surroundings or visit one of the castles or nice towns with interesting antique shops and markets. This holiday home will provide you with complete information about places of interest nearby. You can enjoy in the shared swimming pool while your children play nearby or in the spacious grounds. The town Cuzy lies 7 km away which has restaurants, supermarkets and grocery stores.

Offering complete privacy, the apartment is highly suitable for 2 couples as there are 2 bathrooms available. One pet is allowed free of cost, so is a children’s bed and a high chair.

Mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitziet. Het betreft een groot gebouw wat voorheen een andere functie had maar nu is opgedeeld in 4 appartementen. Helaas is het appartement boven dit nog in oude staat waardoor dat deel een niet onderhouden uitstraling heeft, dat is wel jammer. Ook moet je geen probleem maken van de entree met ongezellige brede schooltrappen. Eenmaal in het appartement is daar niets meer van te merken, het is mooi opgeknapt. Verder is er een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, veel servies, glazen, pannen tot zelfs een mixer aan toe. Daarom verbaast het mij danook dat er maar 1 koekenpan is. Er staat een vilterkoffiemachine, wij geven de voorkeur aan een Nespressoapparaat die je tegenwoordig meestal aantreft. Prima bedden en goede badkamers. Het huis is gezellig ingericht met fijne banken en stoelen, overal een even mooi uitzicht aan de achterzijde. Het zwembad ligt dichtbij het balkon van het appartement. Ik ben wel benieuwd hoe druk dat in de zomer zal zijn gezien het feit dat het hele terrein van dit zwembad gebruik mag maken. Er staan hier en daar enkele huizen. Het dichtst bijzijnde dorp waar je een verse bakker en een supermarkt hebt ligt op 6 km afstand, prima te doen. Wil je echter een groter dorp/stad met leuke terrasjes en bijv. een wekelijkse markt dan moet je wel verder rijden. In de omgeving is verder niet veel te doen. Wij gingen voor een weekje rust, dan zit je hier prima. Als laatste kleine puntje wil ik de schoonmaak van dit appartement benoemen. Het zou wel een beetje beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Al met al hebben wij er een heerlijke week gehad ondanks het koude(12⁰/14⁰ in mei) weer. Misschien komen wij nog eens terug.

Heel ruim en volledig uitgerust appartement in een rustige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de woning (volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, strijkplank, kuis materiaal,...). Concierge is aanwezig op domein en steeds bereikbaar voor vragen of opmerkingen. Meermaals per dag staat deze ook in voor de controle en reiniging van het zwembad. Topbestemming!

Het huis is zeker 5 sterren waard. Het is super groot en modern ingericht daar houden wij wel van. En wat ook erg fijn was alle basis dingen wat je normaal gezien mee neemt of op vakantie koopt, was er al in het huis. En ik baalden want ik was mijn strijkijzer vergeten, maar geen zorgen ook die was aanwezig in het huis. De omgeving is prachtig, super mooie natuur. Als je echt een natuur liefhebber bent en van je rust wilt komen genieten is dit de perfecte plek. Het zwembad wat ook gedeeld is we geven onderling elkaar de ruimte om met je eigen gezin te kunnen zwemmen zo heb je toch ook een beetje je privacy. Een klein mintje is, je hebt aan de voorkant een prachtig enorme balkon ook met alles erop en eraan, alleen de leuningen zijn best wat gevaarlijk voor jonge kinderen. We hebben 2 jonge dochters ook van 3 en 4, en ja die zijn gewoon nieuwschierig en onderzoekend, dus die zouden daar best doorheen naar beneden kunnen vallen. Daarom als wij binnen waren, gingen de deuren van het balkon ook zeker opslot. Maar ook ondanks dat geef ik het huis nog steeds een 5, als je met wat oudere kinderen bent is dit geen probleem. Als er glas had gezeten was het wel wat veiliger geweest voor jonge kinderen.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, großräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr abgelegen, man muss viel Auto fahren um die nächst größeren Städte zu erreichen, dafür ist es absolut ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, wird von allen umliegenden Ferienhäusern genutzt und ist daher stark frequentiert.
