I had very bad checking time with this hotel and I will never book with them again , the reception staff are so rude and very unprofessional and the have zero customer service skills. The hotel was good but the staff very bad Never will back again

We loved this hotel and location. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Lovely facilites and great food. We hired a car which I would recommend from Europcar at Milan Linate airport. We were 30 mins from Sirmione and just over an hour to Limome Sul Garda. Nice restaurants only 4 mins away in San Felice Benaco.

"Hotel La Palma was the most perfect hotel for our honeymoon. It’s so close to the shops and restaurants, and the ferry that takes you to the islands. The sky bar pool was incredible and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!"
