"Nick's annexe was really lovely. It was very clean, well equipped and a great location for exploring the city and hiking in the area. Nici communicated well, providing clear instructions for finding the house and for entering the unit. She was also very quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely return to Nick's annexe, if I am in the area. "

Llandudno by the Pier & Beaches - Great Location - Bright 2 - Bedroom Apt
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (40)
"Had a spot of bother accessing the key safe but eventually ok. Flat was very nice. Nice bright decor. Very well equipped. Nice touches like various teas, coffee and biscuits. Lovely fluffy towels. The beds were a little soft but comfortable. The one toilet was almost impossible to flush. There was a note on it saying press firmly and a man would do it easily but being two mature ladies we couldn't. Advised the hosts and I've had an email to say it's been fixed since we left. Couldn't get on...

"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth.
