"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. "Truly wonderful - We stayed here for 3 nights (wish we'd make it more) and had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was lovely with a range of fruits/cold & hot food, eggs cooked to your liking (if desired) as well as sweet cakes and more. All the staff were brilliant, from the manager, front desk, catering and cleaning staff.
