Reserved for 1 night but needed to add a second night, there was NO availability but the hotel refused to refund me the 1 night to go somewhere else, although I had paid $16 for “travel insurance”, so I managed to find a second night but we were forced to check out at 11 with all of our luggage and come back at 3 to check in AGAIN. VERY INCONVENIENT!
The hotel is nice. No toiletries 😳 and its location is NOT pretty. It feels secluded. Yes, you can walk 10 to 15 minutes anywhere but we wasted a lot of time of our 2 days in Krakow doing all of that. I would stay closer to the old Town, but the city is AMAZING!

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was very spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping were very accomomdating if I wanted to sleep a bit later and then they would make the room up.
