"Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). "I made a booking months ago and also paid in the advance. I had a 24 hour layover in Delhi Upon arrival, saw my reservation on the computer. Produced my identification. Advised by employee that guests with foreign addresses cannot check into the hotel. Spoke with two manager's and they advised this was a government regulation. Never heard of this before. Had to go online and find another hotel. As this was not mentioned to me prior, rating is Terrible for everything. "

"As a solo female this was the first place I went after arriving. The room was nice for the price. I was happy to have a place to rest with air conditioning. They wouldn’t allow any visitors after 8, but as a solo female traveler that made me feel more safe. They staff was amazing and super helpful.
