"I made a booking months ago and also paid in the advance. I had a 24 hour layover in Delhi Upon arrival, saw my reservation on the computer. Produced my identification. Advised by employee that guests with foreign addresses cannot check into the hotel. Spoke with two manager's and they advised this was a government regulation. Never heard of this before. Had to go online and find another hotel. As this was not mentioned to me prior, rating is Terrible for everything. "

"It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. They had a wide variety to choose from and everything was cooked fresh. Everything was very very clean at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"We stayed one night in Feb. Friendly staff during check-in process. We liked the traditional Indian welcome with the thali and tulsi mala along with a refreshing drink. Room and bathroom were clean. Gym facility was good and had electrolyte packets available. Breakfast buffet was pretty good the following morning. Overall, a good experience and would certainly recommend."

" An Impeccable Stay at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi – Truly Exceptional! Our experience at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. Each one greeted us with a warm “Namaste,” always wearing a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome with their top-tier hospitality. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the complimentary airport service. Additionally, as it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They surprised her with beautiful flowers and even upgraded our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city.
