"What a unique place to stay! We were on the way driving from Frankfurt to Luxembourg and stopped there for 1 night. The farm is located approximately 40 min from the center of Luxembourg city in a very rustic beautiful area surrounded by green fields and windmills. The very clean little cottage has two rooms- one with a bunk bed, the second one with a king size bed, bedding was very comfortable. "We thought we were going to stay in Losheim, but instead, our FeWo was in Scheiden, a town 5 km. away. Once we got used to having to drive to Losheim for our groceries, it was OK. The apartment was spacious and we were quite comfortable there. The area was very rural, with bike and walking paths throughout. One could actually see the night sky from the bathroom skylight! It was easy to get to neighboring towns, such as Mettlach and Trier, from where we were. Our hosts were friendly and helpful."

"The air conditioning barely worked. The supposedly great restaurant was “on vacation” - during peak tourism season! There was no extra lock on my room door or chain for security. Although I hung out the sign saying I did not want housekeeping, the housekeeping staff opened my door (because there was no way to lock it) while I was undressed so I had to yell at them to stop. The light switches are so complicated that even the staff found it difficult to explain them. If there was a safe for valuables it was cleverly concealed. And the “director” (manager) of the hotel was too arrogant to make time to speak with me about my concerns. The staff were nice enough, but the management is off the charts stupid, arrogant, or both. This place does not deserve your business."
