"My expectation was high when I booked the hotel due to the picture of the swimming pool. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. "The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use.
