"Just had a wonderful stay at Xianal Vacation Chateau (夏內爾渡假民宿). It was just a piece of paradise among the strawberry fields. "Great place for onsen outside usual popular locations. Place gives an upmarket feel and provides good quality. Very impressed with Breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet. "3rd time staying there. The hotel is very conveniently located. Good food all within walking distance. A 15-min walk to the railway station. It's near a supermarket, cafe, pizza shop, 7-11... The room that I booked had really good views. The staff were very polite and helpful. There were always different main dishes for breakfast. Will definitely book it again."

Amazing Hotel, Definitely Recommend!!

"I don't know why Lin Hotel has below a 9 rating. It's an incredible hotel and feels like a Vegas 5 star hotel like the Wynn or Encore. The location is extremely close to major parts of the city. The staff is extremely nice and speaks english. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean, but the beds were a little soft. The cleaning staff comes in every day to make your bed and change the towels. The place feels like a luxury resort. The pool was extremely pretty. The gym had dumb bells, some exercise equipment, treadmills, and some cardio equipment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Taichung"

"The rooms were clean and spacious and the kids loved the tub! The addition of a filtering dispenser was a nice touch of convenience for all of us. The western style dishes served at breakfast were not to our taste, though the asian style dishes were delicious. We recognize that tastes are subjective however."
