The property is steps away from Shiomi station so it was ideal for our trip. The buffet was delicious and had a huge variety for breakfast. Breakfast was pricey...
The room was small but had all the necessary items including pajamas and house slippers.
Overall I am happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at the Keio Plaza - stayed in a premium grand room which made it ultra comfortable with access to the lounge and ibasho- we didn’t even have time to take advantage of these amenities so much but still enjoyed it.
Breakfast was included in our rateand we could go to lounge which we preferred as it was quieter and amazing views on 47th floor - but the buffet downstairs had even more selection and also opens earlier at 6 so a great option if you need to head out early.
The room amenities were so comfy with complimentary water and teas. We got snacks from the ibasho and there’s a kids play area there which was a bonus! It’s open till 9:30pm.
Our only small hiccup was they are were very inflexible about early check in. We hoped to get in even an hour earlier if possible but the person at the desk at the time was not super friendly about it. When we returned to check in 15 mins before check in, the person we had was much more flexible as our room was still not ready but she was able to switch it so we could get in - it was already 2:53pm by then (official check in is at 3pm) so I think super reasonable. She was much more helpful.
Anyway overall would totally recommend.
Convenient location. There’s a station off oedo line just adjacent but shinjuku station really was just a 7min walk in a bright clean tunnel no need to cross roads etc which is really easy esp if you have luggage to roll. Also walkable into shinjuku 10-15mins!!

"Loved everything about this resort. The breakfast was great. Service on picking up plates could be improved but that is more just for their information to improve than it is a complaint. We had a bay view room that we loved to stare out of the window at."
