Parking: Please note that our property does not include gated parking. Guests may use street parking or other available spaces on a first-come, first-served basis and its uncovered.
Pets: We allow, well behaved cats and dogs. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$100 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
