For the price - this is a GREAT hotel. Lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Blowdryer Continentals breakfast. Bed & pillows were very nice.

I rarely review a hotel but this one was exceptional. New, fresh decor, very clean. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. I am partially disabled and have limited mobility. They sent a van when I found myself too far to walk. This is my Grapevine home away from home. .

The accomodations were adequate for our purposes.I thought the breakfast menu could be expanded. Very few choices for food, but what was there was nourishing.

Overall, the property was in poor condition. Scary elevator and exceptionally awful breakfast. Options were a bagel or yogurt. At 200 per night, it was extremely disappointing.

I believe they gave us the worst room possible. Pretty noisy, closest to the lobby on the first floor. We had no hot water, we already had settled our stuff and we’re staying just for a night, so I didn’t even bother to complain, either way, the hot water should’ve been there in the first place and I shouldn’t have to complain. We already knew the breakfast wasn’t going to be exciting, so we didn’t try that. Won’t stay again.

It’s a solid 2 star hotel. This place does not accept cash, but I did not find out until checkout. This hotel needs to do a better job of communicating this with Expedia, as there was no indication ahead of time that my United States dollars would not be accepted. No coffeemaker in the rooms. Only options for breakfast was yogurt, bagels, watered down orange juice, and tap water. They did not offer anything else. I’ve had better breakfast at plenty of cheap motels. You would think that for the price this place would be a bit nicer. Nothing here resembles Hilton. Plenty of parking. I would consider this a 2 star hotel.

BEWARE! Unsafe hotel & Horrible breakfast
Beware!! This hotel used to be a comfort inn and is now a spark by Hilton, the hotel is old and resembles a Motel 6. The breakfast is horrible, muffin yogurt watered down oj from an old machine. The bed flipped up when I sat on the end and made me fall off and hit my head on the cheap Walmart furniture. The hotel employee didn’t seem to care at all. I contacted Hilton corporate to inform them, they also did not seem to care one bit. It took 3 emails from them before they even say they are sorry for me being injured. Absolutely no respect for their customers so I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again for personal or business trips. Your hotel disgust me. Please stay at another hotel, there are several across the road who have big free breakfasts and secured furniture so you will not be injured like I was.
