The toilet was broken. It would flush, but not fill up with water. It took 2 days to repair. The bed was really soft on one side beside.Everybody laid on the tv didn't work for 2 days and when it did come back on most, we're mexican channels, I go downstairs to complain, the gentleman at the counter said oh, i'm sorry the spectrum is giving us problems if the t v in the lobby was working perfectly on a channel that I did not get

First off, walking in I was assaulted by an overwhelming perfume that was there all day every day. Second, the checking in process took way longer than it should have. Switching between card and ID and card and ID, the whole process is in dire need of streamlining. Whenever I would leave, I would have to walk through that fake fragrance stench. Whenever I returned, I got to do it all over again. The halls and room also had excessive fragrance, though different. I couldn’t get away from it. I will not be staying here again.
