Had to wait 2 hours after check in time to get our room, only to be placed in a room with double beds and not the king we paid for because that was all that was available. Carpets in room were not very clean, the bath tub faucet was loose and there was poor water pressure. Elevator stopped between floors once. Very disappointed as this was an anniversary trip.

Very nice property with an excellent interior that was very pleasing to the eye and senses. Our room looked out over the atrium which was great. The bed was awful, too soft, not much sleep. Shower head also needs upgrading. I thought the price overall was high.

Love the inside foyer and all the beauty it bestows. Although you are inside a building it feels like a beautiful outdoor experience. If you get a room , get one with a partial view or full view. You won’t be disappointed !!

This was our first time visiting and it was absolutely AMAZING! The staff was super helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in to the moment we unfortunately had to check out. Our room was the perfect size and we had the perfect view with a balcony! Our boys (8 & 11yrs old) had such a fantastic time! So many activities for the kids! The morning breakfast buffet was so so good! I miss the GRITS! We will definitely come back!
